An assortment of our own cured and preserved meats, sausage and pickles.

 With sliced baguette.

Scallop ceviche

Day boat scallops, chili and onion marinated in lime and pique.

Served over celery and carrot remoulade

 with a drizzle of coconut milk.

Spinney Creek Oysters Mignonette

Freshly shucked Spinney Creek oysters on the half shell.

With our sauce mignonette, of shallots and cracked pepper

in house made red wine vinegar.

House cured Salmon

Center cut filet cured in horeseradish and beet root.

Served with house baked crackers,

mustard vinaigrette horseradish, beet relish and smoked sea salt.

Marinated Hanger steak salad

Grilled, sliced and served with mustard greens, green beans,

cashews, Heart Song Farm goat cheese,

roasted shallot and red wine/mustard vinaigrette.

Four wild gulf shrimp poached in lemon bouillon.

Served with fresh horseradish cocktail sauce.
